Join us for a virtual lunch on Wednesday, October 28th at 11:30am to discuss the new hurdles of international trip planning in the age of COVID-19. 

Jamie has been with UAS International Trip Support since the inception of the Americas Headquarters, which opened in July 2013.   With over 20 years of experience in the corporate aviation industry, Jamie currently works with the VIP accounts to ensure all operational requirements are met to the highest expectations.  She has also spent some time on the sales side of aviation, focusing on building client relationships in both the fuel and operations side of the business.  With a heavy dedication to customer service, Jamie focuses on becoming an extension of the client’s flight department, offering her expertise in international operations to make each and every flight run as smoothly as possible.

Henry "Duke" LeDuc is a safety-oriented, FAA licensed aircraft dispatcher responsible for managing and oversight of the operations of the UAS Operations Team.  Responsible for the development of the dispatch training program and involved in the strategic development of the UAS Americas Team,  He has over thirty years of experience in aviation overall with more than twenty years of experience in international flight planning and VVIP trip coordination. Spent seven years as Operations/Dispatch Manager in an industry leading, Fortune 500, IS-BAO Stage III Certified corporate flight department.  Has extensive experience in worldwide operations with both corporate and charter environments, Is currently serving on the NBAA's International Operators Conference (IOC) Planning Committee.  Currently serving as the NBAA Middle East Regional Lead for the IOC.  Specializes in international operations with specific focuses in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Actively participates on the IBAC International Safety Standards Board meetings on behalf of AsBAA.  Has been requested to share expertise as a speaker at numerous NBAA events such as the Scheduler's & Dispatchers Conference (SDC), International Operators Conference (IOC) and NBAA's Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (BACE).  He also has Nine years in the U.S. Navy working in both Naval Aviation Organizational and Depot Levels of aviation maintenance and management. Two years at the Naval Aviation Depot Components Repairable Program including test and evaluation as well as the development of both cost estimates and lead times for new products brought on line in manufacturing, overhauls and repair.

In this discussion, Jamie and Duke will cover the most asked about topics including the availability of handlers, closures, if credit is still available, changes in hours of operations, availability of services, PCR tests (where they are required, how to ensure validity, and what to do with a positive result), preparing for last minute regulation changes, crew swaps, and ground stay minimum/maximum limitations.
